Anthony was great. Oil change, state inspection and a car wash in and out in a very short time. I left my cell phone in the car and the man that took my vehicle in to be serviced brought it to me in the lounge area. That was very nice of him. I've purchased probably 20 new vehicles in my life thus far. This was the best purchase experience I've had to date. Dan, Casey and the service team were exceptionally patient...I had a lot of questions. The service team was also exceptionally helpful as well answering some very detailed and specific questions with respect to the vehicle I was purchasing. I have always liked GM vehicles but having a great dealer to stand behind the product is more important than anything to me. The facility is state of the art and I like that but the people seem genuinely interested in doing right by me. If they continue to treat me as they have I will have little reason to ever look anywhere else for a vehicle. Really a great purchase experience and a really good deal as well.

Usually Mohawk Chevy gives me a hard time about a loaner car even after the Transmission going on my Brand New Malibu but this last time I went in to have my back up camera replaced everything was great Loaner Car no questions asked and everyone was polite. No issues

Got my vehicle back only for it to have a new issue. Concerning that it wasn’t test driven before given back to me. Since that day I still haven’t received a phone call to tell me what’s wrong with my truck or when it might be fixed. Now it’s been 19 total days without my truck
