The adviser was condescending when I was unable to load the GM app to redeem my rewards. Took my phone and was passing it around to others, going into my settings—I said I’d go into my email and he continued to keep my phone. When discussing tires—again—condescending as if was a clueless female.

I brought my car in to evaluate an issue with transmission getting hot. Service told me it would be $199 to examine the issue and it ended up costing me close to $700 just to look at the car. Service said they needed to remove the transmission oil plate to look at the problem which is why it cost more. After I declined to do the work, I sent to another mechanic and they told me that i have transmission oil leak and they need to replace the seal. The dealer never mentioned a leak and I it may been caused by the dealer when they removed the oil plate. I think I should get a refund for the extra service charges since I have to pay for work that needs to be done, that was caused by the dealer.

The service department is A+. Friendly & attentive staff. The service advisors were top notch. I didn’t need to talk to them much as I was only there for an oil change but I overheard them speaking to other customers and they were very knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be bringing my service work to them from now on.
