I sent an email inquiring about a vehicle, and within 10 minutes I received a response confirming it was available and helping me schedule a time to come see it. The next day, I came in for a test drive and was in and out in about 20 minutes. The following day, I returned for my 9:00 AM appointment to complete the purchase and was driving away in my new vehicle by 9:57 AM. I'm so impressed by Mohawk! I had an incident with my truck last week. After calling other dealerships that were closest to me and having a horrible experience, I have Mohawk a call. I'd been there previously so they were familiar with my truck. They went out of their way to help me out! They were able to get me an appointment, helped me get the truck to them via tow and into a rental car. The truck was repaired and I'm picking it up today! That's customer service ! Shout out to Jay as well for keeping me updated and in the loop each step of the way. I'll certainly be making a return to Mohawk Chevy for future appointments! Very much appreciated.

Chris, the certified service manager was a pleasure to speak with. He was helpful and kind. Hunter was my certified service agent who helped me with an oil change, tire rotation, and air filter change. Hunter was also fantastic by helping me get to the bottom of my questions and concerns. I’m going to start this review off by saying I almost gave up on my hopes of owning a brand new truck. At a different dealership, I test drove a Colorado Trail Boss. After driving Lumina/Cavalier/Cruze/Malibus since I was 16, the Trail Boss sat a little too high for my comfort. I wasn’t given another option. After this let down, Derek convinced me to come into Mohawk Chevy and see if we could figure something out. And I’m glad I did. Derek listened to my concerns and after a little back and forth he brought out a Colorado LT for me to test drive. It was perfect! Yes it is higher than what I am used to drive, but it is a lot more comfortable driving for me compared to the Trail Boss. Derek was very communicative the whole time and made the buying process as smooth as possible. Living 2hrs away they even delivered the truck to me! I would recommend Derek, James, Nate, Lauren, and the entire team at Mohawk Chevy to anyone looking to purchase a new Chevy vehicle.
