We had an excellent experience , I have dealt with Anthony Lokie at another dealership and followed him to Mohawk Chevrolet. Anthony is a great salesman, very personable and very helpful getting the truck I wanted. The team at Mohawk Chevrolet made the transition from my old truck to the new truck without any problems. We arrived at the dealership arounf 9:45am and we drove out of the dealership with the new truck at 11:15am, everything went smoothly .

My first experience was great. My most recent experience was not. I had a check in my hand ready to purchase a vehicle and I had to wait 2 hours to get paperwork signed even with notice of when I would be in the building. ALSO I had been texting with an employee to fix an issue after having the car for only 2 weeks. As with most dealerships, it took forever to purchase the vehicle. Why can't dealership make the process streamlined so it doesn't take 6 hours to buy a vehicle. We went in looking for a vehicle we saw online, but it had been sold. They need to update their website more often than they do. Yes the people were good, the donuts were stale, soda was expensive, the chairs were alright, but 6 hours? We sold our house and signed the paperwork quicker than buying a vehicle. Come on people, do better.

Absolutely amazing service department! I hardly ever review businesses, but I had to… bringing my car in for service is the easiest process, and I actually ENJOY it! The service reps are always friendly, I get in within minutes, and the lounge is very comfortable. They text me with reminders, and it’s just overall a very smooth and effective process. Sales was easy too- I will always buy from here going forward!

Wasn't expecting to purchase a vehicle that day came in for service. Was able to get a acceptable trade in offer, worked out a good deal and was treated fairly. The team was fantastic and even stayed late to get my purchase finalized. Only down spot was in the detailing of the vehicle seemed a bit sloppy. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Usually a good experience. But on my last visit they forgot to push the dipstick all the way down and oil squirted out the dipstick tube and onto the engine and other places. Also forget to fill the windshield fluid

From start to finish, the experience was incredible. I sent an email inquiring about a vehicle, and within 10 minutes I received a response confirming it was available and helping me schedule a time to come see it.

I brought my diesel truck to mohawk Chevrolet on April 27th because the check engine light came on. I was told it was a bad particulate sensor. The truck was driving fine even with the check engine light on. The dealership took the truck apart to replace the particulate sensor then informed me they were unable to remove the sensor and would now need to replace the entire DEF system. On April 28th.
