Awesome dealership everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. For example, I wandered into the service department and one of the service advisors - Melissa - quickly asked if I needed any help and then spent time to explain the features of the service department. Prince and Aaron were very easy to work with and made the process easy. The GM - Travis - came out and thanked us for coming to the dealership and spent time talking to my wife and I. From the start the process was very easy. I had the vehicle in mind and it was ready for test driving when I arrived. After a short discussion they made a deal that worked perfectly for me and within 24 hours I was driving my new one. From looking to demo to paperwork was seamless even with a busy day on hand for them.

I am a Ford truck guy that traded my 2016 F150 that was the best truck I ever owned for my 2020 Silverado. I have owned my Silverado now for just short of 3 years. I get my Silverado serviced here when needed. Mohawk has a friendly staff and it’s nice and clean and the coffee and donuts are a nice perk. But I do have one complaint all I needed was an oil change, tires rotated and an alignment . I had a 1030 appointment and I was there for 2 hours! to me if I’m not a walk-in and I have a scheduled appointment that slot should be mine . Two hours is way too long to be waiting for what I needed done.
